feelin' 22

I'm extremely guilty of having really high expectations for my birthdays. I expect everybody to take the day off, make good food and give me a huge fireworks show at the end of the night because I just need to be celebrated. Luckily I was born on Independence Day sooo birthdays are always a party and never boring!
This year I turned the big 22 and I forced my husband to sing Taylor Swift with me on the way to breakfast. And while I would love to just tell you about my whole birthday weekend and all my presents but here are my favorite parts:

Going on a long run in the morning and seeing everyone's flags.
Patriotic flowers from the best husband ever.
This Polaroid camera. LOVE YOU MOM.
Hanging out poolside with the whole fam.
This shirt and this dumb dog.
Birthday cake #1 from my mom and the patriotic rice crispy treats from my sister.
Birthday cake #2 made entirely by Ty.

Fireworks. Just the two of us.

Memories.

This beautiful view right outside my home.

My tata came by to wish me a happy birthday and told me to never stop celebrating. I loved that. Shouldn't we always celebrate life? It's so easy to forget how special it is to live. Smile, give someone a hug, and eat some cake because you're alive!

Love,
Liv
